The Board Certification Program is designed to protect and educate the public by allowing only a small percentage of lawyers who have the experience and training required by the Florida Bar to represent themselves as specialists in their area of the Law.

These are the Board Certified Lawyers. John T. Kennedy has been a Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer since 1989. Mr. Kennedy is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Kennedy has a passion for obtaining justice on behalf of his injured clients and has never accepted money from an insurance company unless it was on behalf of his client’s for their injury claims. He is proud to say he has never worked for insurance companies or giant corporations.

Mr. Kennedy’s firm limits the number of cases handled so his firm can give the necessary individual attention to each client. The initial consultation for injury claims are free.
